So, I don't really want to blog, but will...a little. :)
The good news: 179.8 showed up on the scale. I got this weight at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday and I have kept this weight since then. Doing a little dance!
I know that we are approaching day 28 or 30 because the body is getting ready for its monthly duty it must perform and being able to hold at 179 is great.
Pre-planning starts tomorrow and I am SO excited! I love the start of a new school year. I am not all about the first day of school with kids the pressure to establish yourself as THE TEACHER is unreal, but everything after that is fabulous. I can't wait to teach again, I have been teaching all summer, but I want to teach more than numbers, letters, and colors. Don't get me wrong teaching the kids the basics is awesome, but I get stir crazy. I run out of creative ideas and I think the kids are ready for the change too. I will say that we have set up a predictable routine for them for the most part and they are asking to do stuff everyday, even on days I don't plan on doing those type of things.
I am off to fold the little bit of laundry that has to be folded and then I am going to watch t.v. in the bed. :)
Eating has been good and Nick did allow Oreo ice cream in the house! Yum! I have been going to the gym like a good little girl should and I feel like my butt is starting to slowly lift off my legs. Nick says he can't tell but I can! AND I was able to put on two skirts today that I haven't worn in years and I even had room in them. Now, the goal is a pair of GAP jeans I got last year. When I purchased them I could zip them up but they were tight very quickly they were useless. So, I want to fit into those jeans. They have never been worn and still have the tags on them-they must be worn this fall!

Day 22
Saw a super smart lady at the gym the other day, she has a notebook she carries with her. In this notebook she writes down what she does for how long and all that good jazz, one day I want to be just like her.
Ryan took his first Kids Fit Class today. I asked to go with him since he is so shy about stuff like this and the teacher didn't really want me to go but said I could. Then later when we were in the class a parent was peeking in and the teacher ran to me and said if she asks about you being in here tell her you are interested in doing kids' classes so you are feeling it out for training reasons. I was like, uh, okay. Oh, the pressure to lie to a complete stranger! So, I did what everyone would do, I acted like I was talking to the kids to get in line looked at the floor and practically knocked small children down to get to the bottom of the stairs. I don't want to lie to someone I don't know or anyone for that matter. Ryan had a good time, but informed me he wouldn't go alone. :( But to thank the teacher for letting me come in and join the fun, and let's be honest it was a ton of fun, I am going to track down a song for her she said she couldn't find and her cd broke with the song on it.
I did workout today before Ryan's fun class and if I were as smart as the lady above I would've written down my information, but I didn't. I'll list what I can remember. But first, a story about Flipper.
I am pretty convinced that Flipper works out at Gold's Gym at my location no doubt. I know that Flipper prefers the pool area it goes without saying really, but Flipper has a problem. Since it is a public pool and Flipper is a considerate porpoise she uses the women's restroom. Isn't she nice? Now, what I would prefer Flipper do before using the restroom is use what us humans call a towel. See it seems that Flipper must wait to go to the bathroom everyday until she is about to bust because there is a trail of water from the pool all the way to the stall. Flipper prefers the last stall closest to the door, but it seems that sometimes that one is unavailable. I always manage to get into the stall that Flipper has used, it is rare that I don't. Okay, so I am to blame for not looking before going it, but really I am not too focused on it until it is time to pee then I get all mad because the floor is so wet and not to mention the whole stall: floor, seat, toilet paper, the whole nine. I don't sit on the seat so this isn't a problem, but I do make sure it is clean for the next person just in case they want to use those paper guard things and after Flipper uses the bathroom it is just a thought I can't even wrap my brain around so I get mad. Today was a different story, as soon as I turned the corner to go to the bathroom I was looking for traces of Flipper, but today she must have been sick or running late-thank goodness!
This week will be my last week in the 180's I weighed 180.0 this morning! So happy!
Workin' It Out
Treadmill: 411 calories/45 min./level 12/random function
Leg weights
Food for the Day
oatmeal
coffee
2 chicken strips
4 wings
3 onion rings
1 extra large sweet tea (SO GOOD)
Lean Shake
1 C raw spinach w/ a can of tuna
plum
1 fig newton
honey wheat bagel w/cream cheese-but just a little bit
4 oz. sugar free chocolate pudding
Lean Shake
gallon of water
A lot of carbs for the day, not a huge deal. I have been eating my bigger meals at lunch which is different than before and that seems to be helping the weight come off. A few weekends ago I weighed 180 then jumped to 183 pretty quickly and I felt bad, I felt bloated. So I am just trying a different method to see if it helps.

Days 18, 19, 20, & 21
This is random, but I was thinking about Facebook the other day. I have noticed a lot of status changes in relationships and it made me think, is this a talk people have to have now days? Nick and I met 8 years ago, we had to have the talk about our relationship and where we stood, but never about Facebook. But I guess people have to face that now days, well, we are serious with eachother and we just had the "who are we to each other talk" do we change our status on Facebook now? Random, I know, but whew!
Okay, so I typed everything in word and now I can't paste into blogger, that sucks. I will work on it more later.
I haven’t blogged for various reasons, one of which I was feeling kind of down and out about this whole thing. That is why when Ryan said he wanted Chic-fil-A I was like sure honey! Now, I did make better choices than normal at Chic-fil-A, so I was proud of myself. Their fries have never been a huge addiction for me, but their Chic-fil-A original sandwich is a huge one! I love those things! So, I went with healthier options. I guess if I got water it could’ve been better but really lately I have felt more deprived and discouraged than anything. So, I enjoyed my Chic-fil-A after working out and shopping for uniform worthy polos.
Day 18
cereal
coffee
Chic-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Sand.
fruit
med. Sweet tea
2 chicken nuggets
3 waffle fries
Lean Shake
chicken w/stuffing skillet
corn
field peas
4 oz. juice
3 liters of water
Worked out…but don’t remember the stats.
I took the boys to the Children’s Museum in Macon. I went in with low expectations and it was probably a good thing. It wasn’t horrible by any means, don’t get that impression, but I had my qualms with it. Like in the basement it was really dark, and they had some GREAT little model houses that represented houses in other countries and you had to visit each house and get your passport stamped but it was so dark you could barely see in the houses. The heart is there, the ideas are there, but it seems maybe the funds aren’t there. We paid $6.28 for three of us to go, Andrew was free, so really I didn’t feel the need to complain. Overall, I thought it was good, we stayed for an hour and half and Ryan asked if we could go back again, so he liked it. I do think that if your child is 2-6 years old, they’d have fun. Nick stayed at home and I had planned to stop at the Dairy Queen in Forsyth because the owner goes to our church and is so giving to the church and school we try to support him as much as we can. Since Nick wasn’t with me, I knew I could get ice cream without the grief.
Day 19
Lucky Charms
coffee x2
Lean Shake
peach
grilled chicken sand. From Dairy Queen
1 chicken strip
med. Oreo Blizzard-SO GOOD!
coffee
left over chicken
2 lemon pound cake cupcakes
3 liters of water
Now Nick will say, you went all out, but you know what, I think I deserved it. I enjoyed it too! I worked out and again I don’t remember the stats, but I do remember doing extra because I knew ice cream would be enjoyed later in the day.
Day 20
Lucky Charms
coffee
Lean Shake
nectarine
2 butter balls
2 pieces of pizza
piece of cinnamon roll pizza
Dr. Pepper with Wild Cherry Pizza (1.5 cups)
medium coffee
Lean Shake
honey wheat bagel with honey
3 liters of water
No workout today! We went to Fernbank and I think Nick & I enjoyed it more than the boys, they had a good time, they were just exhausted when we left.
Day 21
Kashi Honey Almond with Flax Clusters
coffee
Lean Shake
peach
¼ bag of Sun Chips (snack size)
med. Philly cheese steak sub from Firehouse
¼ Large Cherry Limeade
grande coffee
½ PBJ on white
Lean Shake
No workout today, but going tomorrow for sure. Okay, so the Kashi I had for breakfast is something we’ve buying for Nick for years and really, I have no idea how eats that stuff. The blueberry Kashi is pretty good, but that stuff I had this morning wasn’t the worst cereal I have ever eaten, but it is by no way a favorite. But, it is what we have for now and I will eat it.

Days 16 & 17
We have been some movie watching fools around here and we use the laptop to watch them because all of our televisions are old and the laptop produces a better picture and sound. So I am behind on blogging.
Yesterday was hard, I was in a I don't care mood these hit often and Nick had to do a lot of talking. By talking, I mean encouraging. I did find out that he reads my blog and I didn't know that he even took an interest in it.
Okay, so I haven't been drinking my water like I should, but today is a new day and I am on top of it. I am 32 oz. in and it is only noon, so that is good.
Day 16-I didn't keep my journal very good
No workout
breakfast: Kashi, granola bar & coffee
snack: Lean Shake & granola bar
lunch: hot dog
snack: don't think I had one
dinner: homemade chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, 1.5 pieces of grilled corn, & watermelon
I had a 16 oz. of Coke between breakfast & lunch.
You know that there has been great debate about cereal in this house over the last week. I was telling Nick yesterday that I haven't had anything sweet (I don't think) since July 3rd, that is ten days! I really wanted some ice cream, this is day two of really wanting some ice cream. Nick said, I had Lucky Charms and that counted. This sparks a debate with no winners. So, I make it through almost talking Nick into going to get Dairy Queen and what does he do when we sit down to watch a movie last night? Goes and gets a bowl of Lucky Charms. An act like this doesn't go unnoticed or without great hassle. :) When he was done I said, "How was your bowl full of sugar?" He said, it wasn't sweet enough...but yet, it is in the same category as ice cream? I think not! Point proven!
Day 17
Workin' It Out
Treadmill: 350 calories/2.31 miles/random/level 12/35 min.
Leg weights
breakfast: Kashi & coffee
snack: Lean Shake & watermelon
lunch: Lean Shake & nectarine
dinner: 4 pancakes (I know), scrambled eggs with cheese
snack: peanut butter & honey sandwich w/a granola bar
Ryan ate 5 pancakes tonight so they were either really good or on the smaller size.

Day 15
We ate at Chili's for lunch, it was unexpected and good food. We went right after the gym so I looked real pretty. We went to the gym, lunch, & the jumpy place yesterday. I challenged Nick at the jumpy place, I won. He said, I would've won if I didn't forget to do the three jumps, whatever. This was followed by this statement: I need to start doing more cardio at the gym, I have been so focused on building muscle I need more cardio, that was too hard. We did decide that the jumpy place needs to open early and conduct cardio challenges because really my heart was beating so fast after we did the all the inflatables in the room.
My stats for yesterday are in the car, I will get them later.
breakfast: Kashi & coffee
snack: Lean Shake
lunch: Santa Fe Chicken Wrap w/broccoli (from Chili's I went the guiltless route)
dinner: enchilada bake

Day 14
My hand smells a little like sweat...gross, it isn't mine. Do you know what that means besides I need to stop right now and go wash my hands? It means that someone didn't clean the machine I was on before I got on it after they sweat all over it! YUCK!
Hands are now clean so I can proceed.
What am I doing right this very second besides blogging? Why, I am drinking a Lean Shake to fit in number two and because after my workout I am feeling a bit shaky.
Workin' It Out
As I was leaving the gym tonight I was a little shaky and as I walked to the car my legs tightened up so much I could barely walk. Kind of scary, but all is good now. I did a higher level today on the treadmill. Go me! I burned more calories in a shorter distance too. As I was walking I was like only 12 minutes in, how can that be? I am pouring sweat and tired, no way do I have this much more time! But I made it through, before the treadmill I did most of the leg machines with weights. Not too bad for someone that had to drag themselves to the gym today. Honestly, if I didn't have to blog about it, I wouldn't have gone.
Leg machines
Treadmill: 314 calories/2.92 miles/random/level 10/35 min.
breakfast: Kashi Blueberry Clusters & coffee
snack: chocolate Lean Shake
lunch: whole grain pasta with crushed tomatoes & a sprinkling of cheese, broccoli (Nick had lunch ready when we came home from church)
dinner: Lucky Charms
snack: vanilla Lean Shake
Short Story Time:
Today, Nick and I were swinging on the swing watching the boys play, here's the conversation we had:
Me: I could really go for some ice cream. I have been good all week, I haven't had any sweets I don't think since last Friday.
Nick: You just ate something sweet.
Me: What? What did I have sweet?
Nick: You had Lucky Charms.
Me: Really? That counts? Lucky Charms is now in the same realm with ice cream? Are you serious right now?
Nick: It has a lot of sugar in it.
Me: Okay, Mr. Cosmic Brownie.
Nick: I am just saying, you just had something sweet. When are you going to go workout?
Me: I guess since I had all that sugar in a bowl of cereal I better get on it. When are you going to go work out, Mr. Sneak-things-in-the-cart-while-Kinsley-is-in-the-bathroom-and-try-to-get-the-kids-to-not-tell-on-you?
Nick: I went this morning.
Me: Really? Ice cream & cereal are now in the same category. This sucks.

Day 1-3
It has to have a dash...sorry.
What a fun day chasing around five kids five & under. We got together with the college girls, all but one showed up so it was a good time. It is neat to watch everyone grow & change. They see each other much more than we get to see everyone, so for Ryan & Andrew it is like meeting new friends each time.

I did pack my shake for lunch with the gal pals. I was a little shy to explain why I was drinking lunch, but being my friends from college and all of them being athletes they understood and not another word was spoken about it.
Workin' It Out
Two days and no gym, I can tell today! Tomorrow will a trip will be in the plans for sure.breakfast: Kashi Blueberry & coffee
snack:Chocolate Lean Shake
lunch: Vanilla Lean Shake & a nectarene
dinner: grilled corn, hot dog w/bun, half hot dog no bun, & pears
a gallon of water for the day, just barely.
I have no idea why this is all spaced out, it won't let me change it!

Day 12
Today was a good day! We did eat at the Italian Oven for dinner, but I did so good! No dessert and for me to skip Tiramisu at an Italian restaurant is BIG! I am three pounds from ten pounds lost so it was worth the skippage tonight. I ate half of my entree and saved the rest for later. I also ate one small serving of ceasar salad & two small pieces of bread. This is big stuff for me!
Workin' It Out
No gym today because Nick and I put out mulch in the new playground area and we hauled rocks in the heat of the day. We worked hard!
breakfast: Kashi blueberry cereal (it was okay) & coffee
snack: Lean Shake-Vanilla (so good)
lunch: watermelon, cucumber, and half of a pb & honey sandwich
snack: Lean Shake-Vanilla & granola bar
dinner: 2 pieces of bread, small ceasar salad, half of a spicy shrimp & pasta entree, water to drink

Day 11
I will admit I have to open my blog in a new window to make sure I am labeling the day with the correct number. It is a short term memory loss thing I guess, but I can remember stuff from the gym. Like today, I am sure no one thought I was crazy saying, "121, 396, 121, 396." I am pretty sure I didn't actually say these out loud, but I was listening to some pretty solid music, so there is a chance.
Before I give you my stats for the day, let me just give the Total Lean: Lean Shake (why do they have to say lean twice?) Cookies & Cream review. NOT GOOD, TWO THUMBS DOWN! I drank my first one right after brushing my teeth so I thought, maybe it isn't really that bad, I'll give it a try later. Later came and Nick saw my face he said, "Not very good?" I let him taste it he said, "It isn't bad, I have had worse." a few minutes pass, "Yeah, that's not very good at all." I will be taking a trip to GNC to return it for chocolate, I can do the chocolate. One can is $30 (but they are having a sale) so I am for sure returning it, normally I'd let it slide but not at $30!
Today we enjoyed an early morning swim with some friends, not saying any names Natalie & Alex. ;) Alex even invited us over for lunch, wasn't that sweet? We had to decline and it is a good thing too because Andrew decided to have like three meltdowns when we got home. That is not very Andrew he was so tired, he took one awesome nap!
Workin' It Out
(that might be my new title for the gym report)
LATE workout tonight, felt like my sister at the gym at 8:45 p.m. Kept it short but pushed a little harder.
Bike: 3.96 miles/121 calories/random/level 9/15 minutes
Elliptical: 1.36 miles/196 calories/random/level 9/15 minutes
breakfast: oatmeal & coffee
snack: Lean Shake Cookies & Cream :(
lunch: egg sandwich on whole wheat toast w/pepper jack cheese & nectarine
snack: Lean Shake & plum
dinner: 2 homemade biscuits w/honey & butter/1.5 pieces of country ham/a small cucumber/a small piece of watermelon
3 liters of water
Dinner was random, but it was so good! We went to the farmer's market in McDonough and we bought honey, corn, cucumbers, & watermelon. We had to have the honey when we got home which meant Nick had to make homemade biscuits. Ryan wanted the cucumbers & watermelon right away, so everyone won tonight!
Later came and Nick saw my face he said, "Not very good?" Day 10
Interesting day here at the house. No water until about noon due to a glitch in fixing the PRV, but all systems are go now thanks to a very handy and caring father-in-law.
No gym trip today due to the the above...we had to run errands in the afternoon during second gym time option and I was not getting off schedule today because this mom was more than ready for bed time today, everyone has those days.
Wait, I did go to the gym this morning. I walked in brushed my teeth, showered, and dried my hair and the walked right back out. So, let me rephrase, I did go to the gym today just no extra activity happened there.
Took a trip to GNC to take advantage of the last day to save 20% at the beginning of the month PLUS it was buy one get one half off. So I stocked up on some Total Lean: Lean Shake, I am trying Vanilla and Cookies & Cream and thinking about mixing the two during the day to avoid boredom. Dangerous I tell you, I live on the edge!
breakfast: oatmeal & honey (I purchased some water during my early morning trip to use the shower at the gym) & Starbucks coffee (because Nick's dad vetoed water hose coffee)
snack: Lean Shake
lunch: 2 eggs (fresh from the farm as of yesterday)
snack: Lean Shake (at which point Andrew said, another one mommy?) & banana
dinner: 2 muffins & 1 peach
Now, I am off to bed because I am tired. I watched When You're Strange on Netflix tonight, I must say I enjoyed it, but then again I am a closet Doors fan. Well, if you knew me as a teenager then you can probably give me the exact date that my friend Kelly introduced me to The Doors because that is all I listened to for like a month solid. Prompting my dad to question if I was severely depressed and on drugs which later prompted a envelope addressed to him from the doctor's office with my drug test results. Clean.

Day 9
I have to lose the ishes....I think SBB just sighed a sigh of relief.
So, we were walking into the gym today and Nick said, "You are looking good again." Which in guy terms means, I can tell you are losing weight. The other day he said, "Your legs look thinner, especially in your thighs." Which in Nick language means, keep on it you are finally losing some weight. He has a way with words. He is just trying to be nice & encouraging which is why he said I should stay off the scale. Which, I totally disagreed with I need to do weekly weigh-ins to update my blog. I was going to weigh on Monday but after being sick I didn't see a point it would've been false results & false hope...I don't need any false hope. I will weigh next week. BUT going by my clothes I will say it must be working. ;)
Gym
I have to think of something fun to label the gym trip.
Just did the treadmill today, didn't want to push it too hard. I did 45 min. instead of 35 min. and pushed up to 4.2 mph by the end. I ended up with 373 calories & 2.93 miles @ level 9 on the random function.
breakfast: oatmeal w/honey & coffee (2 cups)
snack: Lean Shake
lunch: Lean Shake
dinner: 2 pieces of pizza 1st piece(black olive, ham, pepperoni, & mushroom) 2nd piece half of a pepperoni & half of the first one, 1 butter ball, 1 cup of sweet tea
Yes, Nick wanted pizza, he is a bad influence. Yes, I could've gotten a salad or something, but part of this life change is not depriving myself of stuff I enjoy, but to enjoy it in moderation. That is why I stopped at 2 pieces. I wanted more could've gone for more but didn't. I did wait a long time between the first piece & second piece, which is why it is an odd piece-it was left over from the boys.
Why are there no fruits or vegetables with the Lean Shakes today? We were out! But we are restocked now. Tomorrow will be even better...didn't I say that yesterday?

Day 8ish?
I am unsure what day it is...I think this will be days 5ish, 6ish, 7ish, and today, day 8ish. Craziness really. I have been sick, like in the bed called Nick at work and said you have to come home sick. Didn't see any fireworks :( sick. I love fireworks too! Oh well, there's always next year.
So, we went to the Bodies exhibition but when we got there they had a sign in the window that basically said, we aren't going to be open today, sorry. What happened you ask? Apparently, there was a fire above the exhibit and it suffered water damage. A lot can happen over night, because we checked everything out the night before. Sad! So we were bummed but had to laugh because this is the second time we have gone to do something in the ATL and didn't get to do it. So, we were going to sit and drink coffee in Atlantic Station and since it wasn't ridiculously hot we figured we sit on the patio. Apparently, we weren't dressed in the right brand of clothing (although, I will say we both looked nice) because we never got any service. Perhaps, we were being sensitive but after ten minutes we got up and left. But, the good news was our parking was free because we weren't there very long. We did like Atlantic Station, like a small touristy city and if you have some money to spend, this would be the place to do it. We ended up at IKEA and then the Varsity. Yep, you can only guess what my food journal looks like. :)
So, Friday we went to the gym, I don't remember the calories and stuff because I forgot to write it down and I wasn't thinking it would be 3 days later until I posted it. What I do know is that my treadmill workout was cut at 22 min. because this guy got on the machine next to me and I am pretty sure he smoked a carton before getting on and tried to cover it up with cologne. It made me feel so sick, unreal sick so I had to quit at 22 min. Then I hit up the elliptical and that was fun as always. I did 20 min. on it at an average of 7.0 mph. All I know is I remember getting completely done and I thought, I burned more than two shakes today!
Okay, here you go, the food journal:
Day 5ish
breakfast: oatmeal w/strawberries
snack: Lean Shake & granola bar
lunch: Lean Shake, apple, & one graham cracker
snack: cinnamon roll & coffee from IKEA
dinner: onion rings, glorified burger, & reg. cherry Coke from The Varsity
snack: chocolate Oreo ice cream from Bruster's
Day 6ish
*sickness hits around 10:30 a.m. out of nowhere!
breakfast: cereal & coffee
lunch: half of a Shane's salad with chicken (yum!)
snack: Lean Shake
dinner: pbj sandwich
Nick will say it was all the junk food that made me sick, and I would agree if it happened right away and I didn't feel great when I woke up the next morning, but it hit me all of the sudden and lasted two days.....so now he thinks something I ate was bad. Who knows, perhaps it was just my time to get sick.
Day 7ish
snack: granola bar
snack: graham cracker
dinner: pbj sandwich, Sun Chips
whole lot of water
Day 8ish
breakfast: oatmeal
snack: 20 oz. Coke & half a cup of mac-n-cheese
lunch: Lean Shake
dinner: 2 hamburgers & Sun Chips
Andrew & I split a 3 Musketeers today...it was evenly split.
3 liters of water for the day
I felt I needed a bit more carbs & real food to help me recover. Tomorrow, back to two Lean Shakes a day & the gym.

Day 4ish
It is 9:39 p.m. and I am starvin' Marvin. If Nick were here he'd tell me to eat, but I don't think I should eat this late. But, he'd argue that I should so that my body doesn't go into save sugar & fat mode overnight and in the end that'd be bad and work against me. So, I will Google it later, but I find it hard to argue with someone that has more power eating, eating for muscle, eating to eat books than I do fingers. :)
Today, was hard. I was in a total, "I don't care" mood most of the day so I could've very easily eaten badly. But instead, I tried to focus on chores to do and play with the boys and not how much I wanted a freaking Blizzard from DQ or some wonderful Oreo ice cream from Bruster's that at one point today I could totally taste. Love that place! But, I stayed strong and busy instead of enjoying some wonderful sweetness that I love so much.
Tomorrow, tomorrow's food journal will probably not be so hot. Nick just told me that since we will be so close to Gwinnett tomorrow after going to the Bodies exhibit in Atlantic Station that he'd take me up to Provino's. Oh my goodness, I love that place, you have to go to the one in Duluth too, no playing around with the other locations. I usually get to go once a year, for my birthday, so to know that I MIGHT be able to go tomorrow is super exciting. Before starting the shake thing I planned on losing ten pounds so Nick had to take me to Ted's Montana Grill. So I might have to hold back at Provino's tomorrow to help me meet that goal because next to Provino's Ted's is one of my most favorite places to eat.
breakfast: oatmeal with 2 strawberries mixed in & a little bit of honey (please don't ask about this experience-the food was yummy)
snack (post workout): Lean Shake
lunch: Lean Shake
snack: 1 graham cracker & blueberry fat free yogurt
dinner: 1 very thin pork chop & 1/2 cup of brown rice with veggies
snack: cucumber
(forgot to report that yesterday I ate a baked apple right after dinner and it was fabulous!)
Possibly a snack when I am done with this since now my hunger has turned into my stomach talking to me.
Trip to the gym: leg workout day/90 lbs. on the ADDUCTION & ABDUCTION leg machine (I do that for my own personal humor) then 35 min. on the treadmill on the hill function today @ level 9 going 4.0 mph only 270 calories burned and 2.37 miles
Tomorrow promises to be a fun day with the husband...we'll see how I handle the food....it is like a test.
