It has been so long since I blogged it took me five tries to get the right password. Whew! I made in though and I guess that is what counts.
In case you are wondering, I haven't gained any weight...I am at 176, I saw 175 and see it on occasion but it stays pretty much at 176-177. I thought about it the other day and I am not going to meet my goal of getting down to 160-155 this year and I am okay with that. I lost ten pounds and I am keeping it off, that is something to celebrate all on its own! I will lose the rest, but it is more important to me to lose and keep it off, I don't want to lose and then gain back what I lost. In January I will join the church in the Daniel Fast again, twenty-one days of fruits & vegetables and all wonderful things that come from the ground. I am fasting for the growth of our school whereas most people will fast for personal issues/reasons, I am going to fast for quality growth at our school. I really do think I work at the best school in the world. The fast will be a huge kick start to losing more weight, the only trick with that is keeping it off when you are done...and that my friends is tough.
The camera broke thanks to Andrew's hard work. You know, if you are going to do something, you might as well do it the right way. I found a camera today to replace it and with my generous Christmas bonus from work I am going to be able to get it before Christmas. Celebrating all of our Fall activities without pictures was tough, not having a camera to capture the fun moments has been tough, but not capturing Christmas was going to be down right heartbreaking. I am so thankful that I will be able to capture our Christmas here at the house with our new camera!
I am looking forward to a restful yet productive Christmas break and I will be thankful for all that has been provided for me. Including my dear friends, thank you.
